I'll back up what Terry says. We love doing drive-bys, and then we feel horribly, horribly guilty when we hand them in. Melinda got a private, "We're sorry and feel bad," with her report, and she was outstanding about it. Plus, as she said, people who order drive-bys are ready to hear it straight! Cheers, Mel!
