What about what your business does, what you're intending to achieve, your business goals, marketing plan, structure etc? Those are all important elements of a business plan. There's a lot of value in a good plan beyond just the financial section. @ Erin, it's wonderful to see someone who has a plan already! I'm so glad that I didn't! I'm fortunate to have very few expenses and no inventory so I realize I'm not in the same position as others. My business journey has lead me in places that I never would have imagined or predicted. At some point, I'm sure I'll see the value in writing out a plan, but I'm not there yet.
